What makes your candles different than ordinary ones from the store?

Our candles are hand-made in small batches, typically in a batch of about five per pour. Each one is created using premium soy wax and the absolute highest quality fragrances oils available. We put special care into each and every candle. Unlike store bought candles which often use cheap oils and harmful paraffin wax, we use 100% soy wax, premium oils and the best quality wicks we can find. Each and every candle is made to meet our standards, made with care and love!

How do I properly care for my candle?

As with any candle, always remember to keep the wick trimmed about 1/4 inch and burn within sight and away from anything flammable. For trimming, we recommend a candle wick trimmer or nail clippers. We recommend keeping the burn time under 3-4 hours. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing. This will allow the candle to burn evenly and prevent "tunneling." Burn on a safe, heat-resistant surface to prevent any damage caused by heat. Once extinguished, use caution while handling the candle until it cools.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Once an order is placed, we typically ship within 2-3 business days. It’s possible it can take up to five days if we are waiting on a new candle batch to cure. We offer expedited shipping upon request.

How can I track my order?

Why use Soy Wax over cheaper alternatives?

Soy Wax is very clean and natural. It is made from soy beans that are husked and dried into flake form. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated. The hydrogenation alters the chemical compound so that soy bean oil turns to solid at room temperature, thus creating soy wax!

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Depending on the type of order, we can make arrangements to process a wholesale order for you. Wholesale orders must meet a specific bulk order amount to apply. Please contact us directly to inquire.

Do you offer smaller candles for parties and wedding favors?

Yes! We will be offering smaller 2oz candles to use for parties and weddings. As 2oz candles are custom-made, we would need time to create the amount of candles needed, as well as 7 days for the wax to cure prior to shipping.

Can I send a candle to someone as a gift?

Absolutely! If you would like to order a candle as a gift please contact us once the order is placed. We can include a special customized birthday note in your order from Scout and Emily.
